Business Co-Ordinator - Chloorkop at AECI Limited

Job Description    

• Maintain client databases
• Provide administrative support to Sales Manager and team
• Co-ordinate with Sales Administrators to ensure delivery of excellent service to customers.
• Provide prompt communication to customers.
• Sales management to consumer customers pro-actively across existing customers and prospective customers.
• Gap Analysis & Contacting of customers telephonically on a daily basis.
• Pro-actively seek new business & identify sales leads
• Compile Market information on the desired products including quotations and surveys.
• Ensure all quotations are followed up on as necessary.
• Liaise on a daily basis with internal & external customers ensuring a high level of team relationships and communication exist.
• Receive, manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products & services
• Ensure margins are maintained or increased in the necessary market
• Customer visits ad completion of Customer visit reports
• Setting up budgets and ensuring targets are met
• Ensuring stock availability as per customer’s forecasts
• Quoting customers and ensuring stock is ordered
• Visiting customers and building relationships
• Growing existing customer base with new products and new customers
• Promotion of company products and image.
• Meeting tight deadlines across the business

Qualifications & Experience    

• Grade 12
• Sales or chemistry diploma/degree or relevant tertiary Qualification is desirable along with Specialty chemicals industry experience.
• 2-3 Years Internal Sales experience is preferred.
