Our client in the recruitment sector is looking for a Business Development Consultant in Pretoria, Gauteng. Th Our company is looking for a BDC to be responsible generating and following leads, meeting planned sales targets, preparing proposals and other documentation to send to potential clients, while retaining and growing an existing client base e successful incumbent will be responsible for

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop business plans with the assigned accounts
• Source for new business and clients
• Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project's achievement
• Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
• Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
• Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle business deals operations and activities
• Oversee the implementation of different contracts
• Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Create and present a detailed report for upper management

Requirements:

• Previous working experience as a Business Development Consultant for five (5) years
• At least 3 years’ working experience in the recruitment industry in the IT, mining, construction, logistics and/or IT sector.
• A proven track record of providing actionable solutions
• Contactable work references
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
• Ability to work well under pressure
