    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Achieve and exceed business development targets.
    • Leverage industry networks to expand market reach.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Relevant qualifications in financial services and FSCA Certification.
    • Proven experience with Sims360 and Flexibroker systems.
    • Background in claims and underwriting.
    • Experience with the transport and logistics sector.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing personal loans within an insurance context.
