Purpose: To promote KWV brands and products within a specific geographic area by visiting Liquor outlets as per a contracted call cycle to increase visibility and promote KWV brands with the aim of driving increased sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG
Experience in the Liquor industry will be advantageous
Computer literate on an advanced level
Must have a valid driver’s license without endorsements as well have own vehicle
Availability for frequent business travel and possible overnight stay
Skills Required:
Strong sales skills and experience
Sound communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate in English
Strong negotiating, relationship building and networking skills
Must have a passion for interacting with customers and a passion for customer service
Must be self-motivated, innovative and self-driven
Must be a South African citizen
Job Summary:
Develop and manage sound customer relationships
Educate consumers regarding KWV brands
Drive distribution i.e. availability
Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries
Manage sales administration requirements i.e. prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
Visit customers as per a fix contracted call cycle
Implementation of the KWV way of selling
Negotiate displays and pricing
Ensure the implementation of the Sales Drivers
Implement promotions and Point of sale/merchandising in store
