A Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is someone who uses warehouse data to solve organizational problems through reports, analysis and data visualization. Responsible for engineering, management and strategic planning.

• Designing and developing business intelligence solutions
• Writing and testing requirements
• Developing and maintaining data processing
• Developing new applications and new features
• Implementing and maintaining databases
• Maintaining and improving tools for system analysis
• Collaborating with other teams to meet the needs of customers

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BI development
• Experience with large data sets, dimensional modeling
• Experience with business intelligence tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience with writing complex queries
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization
• Strong knowledge of ETL and data modeling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with programming and scripting languages
• Strong experience with debugging and issue resolution
• Experience with designing and building applications
• Strong attention to detail
