BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards using QlikSense and/or QlikView.
Data Analysis: Utilise advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, driving informed decision-making across the organisation.
Dashboard Optimisation: Continuously improve existing dashboards to enhance user experience and ensure relevance to business needs.
End-User Training: Provide comprehensive training sessions and workshops to empower end-users in effectively utilising BI tools and interpreting dashboard data.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their BI requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources into the BI platform, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor BI platform performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring maximum uptime and usability.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of BI solutions, including data models, dashboard designs, and user guides.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the BI field, recommending innovative solutions to enhance BI capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Demonstrable experience working as a BI Specialist or similar role, with a focus on QlikSense and/or QlikView.
Strong proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users.
Solid understanding of database management and SQL.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
Certification in QlikSense and/or QlikView is a plus.
