• The Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional and technical skills, and receive mentorship while working on meaningful projects.

Responsibilties:

• Support program planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Conduct research and analysis of business trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing recommendations to improve business processes, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program delivery from initiation through completion.
• Help define and track success metrics, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Create reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications that support business decision-making.
• Support change management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to program reviews by analyzing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Programme Eligibility:

• Applicants must be South African citizens and meet the eligibility requirements of the Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme.
• Currently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the last 6 months in Business, Business Management, Operations, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
