    Business Project Co-Ordinator

    Role Purpose    

    The Business Project Co-ordinator is to ensure efficient operation of the team.

    Requirements    

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or equivalent
    • At least 3- 5 year’s experience in a similar role
    • Proven experience in project coordination or project management within the non-life insurance industry
    • Strong understanding of non-life insurance products, processes, and regulations
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    Project Management:

    • Coordinate and manage business projects within the non-life insurance business, ensuring timely completion, quality, and adherence to objectives.
    • Develop detailed project plans, outlining project goals, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues that may hinder project success.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with different business units to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between various teams involved in the projects.
    • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed about project updates, changes, and milestones.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future plans.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and relevant correspondence.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
    • Proactively anticipate challenges and work closely with stakeholders to minimize project risks.
    • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
    • Conduct thorough quality checks on project outputs before submission to stakeholders.
