Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its Western Cape team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven construction professional with extensive experience managing multi-storey residential developments from project inception through to successful completion.
Requirements:
BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar qualification.
National Technical Diploma in Construction will be advantageous.
Formal qualification in Health, Safety and Environmental Management will be advantageous.
Registered with SACPCMP – either C.CM or Pr.CM
Minimum 8–10 years' experience within the building construction industry.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior supervisory or construction management role.
Proven experience managing multi-storey residential construction projects.
Extensive experience managing General Foremen, Construction Supervisors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary site teams.
