Cabin Crew (Durban & George) at CemAir

• CemAir (Pty) Ltd, a South African Part 121 / 135 airline, seeks to employ dynamic, results-driven Senior & Junior Cabin Crew based at King Shaka International Airport (Durban) and George Airport.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the safety of passengers, crew and aircraft through adherence to company policies.
• Offer a high level of passenger service to increase company revenue.
• Assist in the on-time departure of company flights through compliance with company policy.
• Ensures all onboard service is delivered to the standards established by the company.
• Responsible for conforming and guiding other crew to ensure all cabin personnel conduct themselves according to the standards and policies as outlined in the cabin crew manual and other company publications.
• Performs quality control checks of catering as well as confirming that the correct amount of catering is on-board.
• Promote the CemAir product through effective communication with passengers, crew and management.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• South African Citizen
• Clear Criminal Record
• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Valid Passport
• Minimum of 2 years flying experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Medically and physically fit and able to swim
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Reliable Transport
• Valid SACAA Cabin Crew License (which must include the following up-to-date/ current certifications)
• Dangerous Goods
• Ditching
• Fire Fighting
• Class IV Medical Certificate
• First Aid Training/ Avmed
