    Call Center Agent

    About the job

    • Makes calls to customers

    • Ensure that all calls are conducted in a professional and friendly manner, meeting the quality standards.

    • Reach daily set targets

    • Comply with quality standards.

     

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English and Portuguese (Angolan dialect) or

    • Fluent in English and Swati

    • Valid SA work permit (essential) if not South African

    Education:

    • Grade 12 (Minimum) or equivalent

    Additional requirements:

    • Good communicator – be able to listen, interpret info, instruct, feedback and forward.

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

    • Assertiveness and mutual respect.

    • Proactive with high energy levels.
