    Call Center Specialist -Collections

    The Role

    Minimum 6 months - 1 year of work experience in Collections process in a Call/Contact center

    • Excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation skills
    • Should have good typing speed with high accuracy
    • Attention to detail coupled with professional writing etiquette 
    • Ability to multi-task, perform number crunching, de-escalate the situation when communicating with customer
