    Campus Manager: Online Campus

    Job Description

    • The South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) is the leading independent provider of education in psychology, counselling and coaching, offering accredited undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. 
    • SACAP is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Campus Manager to join our Online Campus team; preferably based in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg or Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the virtual campus, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education experience, and working with faculty and staff to support the development and delivery of online courses.

    Responsibilities:

    The Campus Manager: Online Campus, will be responsible for the following areas:

    •  Manage the virtual campus and ensure a high level of student satisfaction with online education services and resources
    •  Work with academic departments to ensure that online course offerings are in line with the mission and goals of SACAP
    •  Oversee the development and implementation of student support services
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Online campus and its programs to prospective students and other stakeholders
    •  Develop and manage budgets for the Online campus and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively
    • Act as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
    •  Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
    •  Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online education, and ensure that the online campus remains at the forefront of innovation

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, leadership or a related field
    •  At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration, with a focus on online education

    Personal Attributes:

    •  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and build relationships with stakeholders
    •  Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills
    •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •  Familiarity with online learning management systems
    •  Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education
