About the role
What you need to know:
Reporting to the Casualty Claims Manager, this is a highly specialised and pressurised position requiring strong administration, technical and customer service skills to resolve complex Casualty claims. Responsible for resolving claims; coverage determinations, investigation, verification and analysing data to determine entitlement of claims; ensuring claims validity; accurate payments and reserves set up; maintenance of claims files and records; communications with and reporting to brokers as required; and settlement of claims fairly and promptly.
