Cell C Sales Associate (Independent Contractor)

This full-time, on-site role is based at our franchise stores and involves:

• Engaging with customers to promote and sell Cell C's full range of products and services.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets to maximize your commission earnings.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive brand image.
• Actively contributing to the team’s success and overall store performance.

Please Note:

•  This role requires you to complete mandatory sales and product training before starting.

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with:

• Proven sales and customer service skills.
• Highly Motivated
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in retail or a similar sales environment.
• A positive attitude and a strong team player mentality.
• A basic understanding of digital technology and mobile products.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
• Willingness to work under independent contractor legislation.
• Passion for sales and self-driven to achieve success.
• Requires a Police Clearance Certificate 
• Valid SA ID or Valid Visa to work in South Africa
