Key Responsibilities:

• Sharing innovative ideas and unique perspectives that can enhance our training interventions
• Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive approach to tasks
• Conduct Company specific systems, application and product training
• One on one learner interactions
• Coaching and reinforcement of theory and practical training.
• Managing all administration and training records
• Providing key data and metrics for monthly training reports for Change Leads
• Ensure training delivery aligned to business objectives
• Planning and managing workload in a flexible manner to meet deadlines
• To ensure that company and department policies, procedures and compliance aspects are adhered to during training.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources - Learning and Development
• A Keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources - Learning and Development

Skills: 

• Passion for learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and reporting
• Good interpersonal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Able to leverage new technology to enhance productivity, improve problem solving and support business growth
• Strong communication abilities to facilitate learning and test for understanding
