Job Summary
The talent will be responsible for creating a change management and communications plan and work with the project team and client in managing the change as well as creating and publishing communications in relation to setting up, launching, deploying and running the newly formed Value Office. The introduction of the value office will mean a potential change of business process that will need to be managed and communicated, including but not limited to how a project is initiated, prioritized, executed and taken through the newly defined delivery methodology. Once the process is stood up a transition plan will be created by the project team and the change and comms manager will need to assist in transitioning this change from the project team over to the business.
