    Chief Executive Officer

    • Deliver sustainable, profitable growth; statutory compliance and governance for the Joint Venture including team leadership / development; client relationship management and attraction / engagement of new clients

    • Lead the implementation and continued development of CBRE Excellerate culture and behaviours to deliver long term growth targets of the Company by joining best of both from the owing organisations

    • Set the strategy, growth, customer, people and financial targets for the Joint Venture in line with Company targets

    • Formulates annual and long-term plans for the JV, anticipating economic, technological and market trends

    • Continually focuses on developing the business through building strategic customer relationships and ensuring that resources are ready and able to manage growth

    • Undertakes business reviews that ensures all business metrics are considered and challenged to drive ever higher standards

    • Ensures mandatory processes are in place and compliant, including line management auditing, QHSE objective setting and tracking, Dynamic RA, H&S scenario training and statutory investigations

    • Is highly visible and accessible to the team and is recognised as a Leader through presence and role modelling of company culture and behaviours

    • Ensures the performance management framework and tools are fully understood and utilised

    • Owns the succession plan and talent management for the Joint Venture and leads a culture of collaboration and team work ensuring that employees are recognised and rewarded as appropriate

    • Develops high-level customer relationships with both existing and potential customers through fully understanding and anticipating their and industry sector needs

    • Works collaboratively with other business leaders across all service lines, ensuring our offer is differentiated from our competitors and simple to engage for our clients

    • Ensure customers perceive exceptional value from CBRE Excellerate though Quarterly Business Reviews / strategic meetings, strategic workshops, relationship workshops, professional reporting standards and exceptional quality charters

    • Identifies opportunities to drive growth and leads local business development

    • Acts as the executive sponsor and sign-off for all mobilisation and transition activity, ensuring that the company ways of working and customer expectations are met

    • Takes proactive action to ensure revenue, operating profit, working capital and all other financial targets are met and continually improved upon

    • Owns the divisional annual plan, P&L and balance sheet, and in year forecasts

    Experience Required:

    • Credible management of a large P&L & proven experience as a visionary leader.

    • Ten years practical experience in strategic and operational management within the property/facilities/construction sectors

    • International experience is preferred.

    • Experience in Joint Venture operations and cultural change associated with such ventures

    •   BEng Civil/Struct. / BArch/ BSc (Building Management)/BSc (QS), or other suitable tertiary education is highly recommended. MBA or Business-related qualification will be an advantage.

    • High level of personal credibility, customer relationship management, networking and interpersonal skills

    • Proven track record in the development & implementation of strategic plans

    • Significant experience managing customer accounts across multiple regions

    • Ability to effectively navigate in a matrix organization

    • Exceptional collaboration skills & communication skills

    • Understanding of contracts and commercial models in the market
