Chief Finance Officer

In this role, as CFO you will be responsible for all financial management of your team as well as the creation of new reporting systems and processes in the division. This fast growing business needs someone who is dynamic, high performing with a proven track record of academic and performance excellence.

Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Create and implement new reporting systems including financial reporting structures and processes.
• Management Reporting to investment and banking operations
• Collect, interpret and review financial information
• Oversee monthly management accounting and financial analysis
• Drive the company's cash flow
• Risk Management, reviewing company's revenue and costs
• Effectively lead a large team through strong leadership and guidance
• Manage all budgeting and forecasting
• Long-term financial planning
• Provide Strategic insight into the growth of the business

Requirements:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Strong MS Office Skills
• Previous experience in managing large teams
• Strong leadership abilities
• Financial Services Experience proffered
