Key Performance Areas

• Supervise and coordinate all network and communication system operations. Monitor network performance and security using advance tools.
• Ensure reliable connectivity across all departmental sites (LAN/WAN/WIFI). Oversee backup, data recovery and all recovery procedures.
• Maintain ICT documentations.
• Ensure compliances with ITC security standard and data protection policies.

Prerequisites

• NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.
• Qualification/s in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronic Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Information Technology/ Computer Sciences or related field.
• A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities

Person Profile

• Knowledge of network design, network security and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network protocols and Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS and OSPF and BGP). Knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies.
