REQUIREMENTS:          

• Three (3) year National Diploma 9NQF6) / Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF7) in Security/ security Risk Management. Grade B Security Certificate and PSIRA. One-year functional clerical / administrative experience in Security Training Services or Security Management Services.
• Knowledge: Departmental Policies and Procedures. Criminal Procedure Act. Tender Procedures. Safety and Security. Damage and Loss control. Supply Chain Management. Accommodation procedures. National Strategic Intelligence Act. National Key points Act. Firearms control Act. OHS Act. Access to Public premises and Vehicle Act. Public Finance Management Act. Labour Relations Act. Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
• Skills: Management Skills. Computer Literacy. Project Management. Innovative. Conflict Resolution and Negotiation. Diversity facilitation. Communication Skills.

DUTIES :         

• Monitor the safety of officials and assets in the Department. Administer access control to the building. Manage control room and key control.
• Provide administration support services for the sub-directorate. Security standby ad after-hours inspection. Manage resources within the division.
