Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and verification all supplier invoices
• Capture bank and credit card transactions into cash books
• Fixed Assets, maintain the fixed asset register, and process journals for depreciation.
• Prepare reconciliations and analysis for balance sheet and income/ expense items
• Ensuring contracts closed on the CRM system and general reviewing of all the relevant commercial data needed to close off all opportunities
• Weekly sales forecasting update with all sales personnel
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly management reporting pack
• Continuous identification of processes that can be improved including the improvement of the sales platform functionality
• Coordinating the mapping and documentation of all the relevant processes within the finance department

Desired Experience & Qualification

• B.Com Accounting / Management Accounting qualification or equivalent
• B.Com Honours advantageous
• Individuals must be studying towards obtaining their CIMA qualification and have completed the managerial level exams.
