    Claims Supervisor

    The Role:

    • Act in accordance with the principals of TCF
    • Adhering to and maintaining processes, scripts, and standard operating procedures
    • Following Instructions
    • Develop strategies and recommendations to improve customer experience
    • Objection handling
    • Vetting client information to ensure successful activation
    • Customer onboarding with functional and technical policy detail with a focus on value delivery
    • Action all client requests
    • Handle client queries
    • Handle client complaints
    • Ensure that claims are dealt with quickly and efficiently
    • Meet customer expectations
    • Fraud detection
    • Administration of data

    Requirements:

    • Matric is essential
    • RE qualification is essential
    • FAIS accredited qualification is essential
    • Relevant Diploma / B Degree would be advantageous
    • Proficient in Freshdesk
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of Exergy system would be advantageous

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a call centre environment
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in claims environment.
    • Minimum 2 – 5 years’ supervisory and / or management experience

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Excellent telephone skills
    • Excellent administration skills
    • Excellent conflict handling skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Experience in workflow management
    • Computer literate: competent knowledge of MS Office and Freshdesk.
    • Ability to adapt and respond to change quickly
    • Ability to manage time and prioritise
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Analytical
    • Accuracy of work
