Key Performance Areas

• Performs general clean-up of all office facilities. 
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting.
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers.
• Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special/ad-hoc projects.
• SHEQ compliance, including BBS.
• Worker Safety

• Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 10
• Should have basic reading and writing skills.
• Grade 12/Matric will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Cleaning experience, at least 2 years and be able to use polishing machine/ stripping machine
