Clerk (Admin) - Richards Bay at TWK Agri

Responsibilities and Duties

• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Receiving of stock
• Banking, sales, reconciliation, petty cash
• Prepare and capture reports and summarize data
• General office duties
• Ensure all admin functions are processed and captured to the AS400 system
• Ensure that all claims and credit notes are processed and captured as per admin policies
• Ensure that all transport delivery notes, way bridge slips and invoices are captured as per admin policies
• Ensure that all orders received are uploaded to the order bank
• Provide timeous reports to the warheouse Manager and Regional manager
• Assist with the capturing of monthly stock reports to the AS400 system
• Keeping accurate filing systems
• Customer, Supplier and Agent liasion
• Health and Safety

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
• Experience on AS400 (advantageous)
• Strong administrative skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Be a good team player
