Responsibilities and Duties
- Monthly Payroll processing
- Monthly Reporting
- Department of Labour requirements
- Injury On Duties (IOD) reporting
- Provident Fund processing
- Statistics SA reporting
- Annual Reporting
- SARS EMP201/EMP501 submissions
- Follow Appointment processes
- Termination of employees
- Timesheet control
- Operational point liaison
- Statutory compliance
- General HR functions
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Sage People 300 system experience (Advantageous)
- Diploma/Degree in HR (Advantageous)
