Key Deliverables

To execute all the marketing communication needs and activities of the Client(s) inside the Agency in the most:

• Cost effective manner, based on manager input
• Expeditious and efficient manner, based on manager input
• Administratively organized manner
• Take accountability for all project management records
• Ensure that all communication records are kept in an orderly and organized manner in line with Agency systems and procedures.
• Delivering clear, concise and focused communication at every level of Client contact so as to give Clients a competitive advantage.

On all projects/activities maintain and implement and updated and organized system of:

• Financial records (Understanding on cost creation with manager)
• Writing briefs (General good writing skills)
• Compiling weekly status reports (General good writing skills)
• Compiling timing plans
• Ensure Chase lists are adhered to and relevant information shared with media timeously
• Monitoring of Media schedules (Following timings)
• Compiling Contact reports within 24 hours of meeting (Note taking)
• Proactively and effectively ensure that senior management and your team are informed and updated at every stage of projects/activities.
• Maintain a professional relationship with all Clients and co-workers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
