    Social- Performance Specialist

    Key responsibilities:

    • Provides day to day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns through direct input
    • Proactively reviews and manages client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
    • Tracks and reports on campaign results, gathers data analysis and participates in weekly calls
    • Generates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and trafficking
    • Provide initial insights on campaign trends to the rest of the team
    • Be included in meetings with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and  build knowledge of new features and betas
    • Contributes towards overall Digital recommendations in line with Dentsu performance and client objectives
    • Ensures best practice and innovation in all Paid activities
    • Research solutions and make recommendations to all relevant teams regarding digital innovation

    Media Sales Key Account Manager

    Key responsibilities:

    • Drive new print & digital advertising sales
    • Achieve monthly sales targets
    • Manage client direct and agency relationships
    • Activate new customers through strategic selling
    • Compile and present ad sales proposals
    • Creative brainstorming with internal stakeholders
    • Customer service through the entire ad sales funnel from prospecting to proposal, through to briefing, collation of assets, approvals, after sales service and reporting

    Qualification

    Investment Manager - Sandton

    Key responsibilities:

    • Coordinates internal and external stakeholders across local markets, clients and media auditors to ensure the buying commitments are accurately tracked, monitored and reported
    • Collects data from specific markets using the agreed methodology (client specific) to quantify, measure, calibrate price performance compared to historical price benchmarks – across all media types
    • Ensure normalisation of benchmarks to maintain as high levels of measurability as possible within the reports
    • Prepares and verifies results and supporting commentary for audits

    Influencer Campaign Manager

    Key responsibilities:

    • Search for influencers that match a campaign brief, including vetting their data and demographics through an online tool (platform access provided)
    • Finding influencers' contact details and reaching out to gauge interest and rates
    • Ensure influencers submit their content on time, sending reminders, tracking and following up on late submissions
    • Compiling content into a deck for client approval
    • Passing on client feedback and ensuring it is implemented by influencers
    • Creating content calendars, according to campaign periods and deliverables
    • Sharing content that has been posted with paid media teams for boosting
    • Compiling post-campaign reports

    What you’ll need:

    • Be very deadline and timeline-driven
    • Exceptionally well organised
    • Experience in digital media and a good understanding of terminology and all major digital platforms, ideally with influencer marketing an advantage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Have an appropriate sense of urgency, prioritisation, tenacity and attention to detail

    Client Service Intern

    Key Deliverables

    To execute all the marketing communication needs and activities of the Client(s) inside the Agency in the most:

    • Cost effective manner, based on manager input
    • Expeditious and efficient manner, based on manager input

    Senior Programmatic Specialist

    Key responsibilities:

    • Works and implements on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall programmatic strategy recommendations
    • Creates Programmatic strategic and tactical plans with a focus on driving brand awareness through to conversion based objectives
    • Troubleshoots campaigns set up, tag management, brand safety set up, performance and pace fluctuations
    • Applies daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver campaign budgets and performance
    • Builds/Delivers end of campaign evaluations in which campaign performance data is translated into key learnings for the agency and/or the client.
    • The trader can select the right KPI's and trends / insights for this campaign-end evaluation and can distil next steps for future campaigns
    • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the Programmatic ecosystem, keeping up to date with new ad technology functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific technology
    • Works directly with the internal digital team to ensure all tracking is in place and mapping correctly and continuously monitor campaigns to ensure everything is serving correctly
    • Provides the 'technical expertise' needed to communicate with the client and explain campaign progress / address any blocking issues
    • Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget
    • Plans account and growth opportunities, working closely with the team and media brands  
    • Builds campaign proposals including a set of tactics matching with the overall goal of the advertiser
    • Exports data from the ad server interface and combines it in a correct way with DSP data points if needed
    • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the Programmatic ecosystem, keeping up to date with new ad technology functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific technology
    • Ensures both yourself and the team are skilled up across programmatic platforms
    • Working closely with the Senior Management Team to share improvement ideas, feedback on team & present results.
