    Client Service Officer | Somerset West

    Description

    • Bridgewater Manor in Somerset West is looking for a Client Service Officer.
    • This exclusive retirement village managed by the well respected Faircape Group has a vacancy for an organised, professional and bubbly personality to take control of Front of House, providing a friendly and efficient service to our residents.

    The ideal candidate would be a strong administrator, a confident, self motivated individual who consistently strives for excellence.

    • Specific duties include, but is not limited to the following:
    • Coordinate events and functions for residents - trips and events at the village, ie planning, invitations, set up and debrief)
    • Front Desk Function - welcoming and directing residents and visitors and assisting with their requests and queries
    • Telephone - be first port of call for all incoming telephone calls and redirect to the relevant person
    • Admin assistance to residents - perform all admin related tasks requested by residents (ie postage, faxing, etc)
    • Ensure updated marketing material and display relevant and current activities and marketing
    • Manage diary of the village with functions and events.
    • Manage and coordinate suite of services offering to residents, including gardening, domestic, car wash, hair appointments
    • Handle POS system
    • Follow up on maintenance to be done and requisitions
    • General administrative support (ie. secretarial service to the Village Manager, notices, minutes, refreshments)

    Requirements

    • Qualifications - Grade 12, related tertiary qualification advantageous
    • Skills and attributes - professional communication (both orally and verbal), computer literate (word/excel), solid admin skills, ability to multitask, customer service orientated, well groomed
    • Specific requirements - Clear health record, clear criminal record, contactable references
    • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00.
