Job Description
In this role you have the opportunity to
Work as a part of a high-tech team, sharing your technical knowledge with others, having a clinical background. This is your opportunity to learn about health continuous, improving your personal carrier and provide to our company your knowledge in this area.
You are responsible for
Providing technical expertise to customers and users and trains them in order to optimize the usage of our MRI products
Assisting the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions
Development and execution of an instruction program for the users, in order to maximize the independence of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions
Customize the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management in order to maximize the performance for each specific user
Taking care of demonstrations, presentations and implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with service) to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment & preparation of seminars and workshops
Monitors the use of each system by regular contact with the users in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.

You will part of an Application Team where your principal role is to share your knowledge with your coworkers and show to the customer what are the benefits of our systems.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Graduated in Radiography with minimum of 5 years’ experience in MRI
Professional Knowledge of total MRI application area (clinical & operational)
Excellent communication and analytical skills, autonomy and customer orientation
Ability to travel (60%) across Sub-Sahara Africa, English speaking countries.
Fluent in English, good level of Afrikaans
Analytical skills, experience in the interpretation of the MRI application results
Role will be based in Gauteng, South Africa
