Core Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints timeously
• Reporting on planners, install base and database maintenance
• Effective territory coverage and utilization analysis
• Understanding billing procedures and structures for all rental customers
• Collaborating with rental technicians and rental supply chain regularly
• Frequent assessments in all wards of hospitals
• Effectively manage assets within wards
• In-service training on systems
• Stay abreast with product knowledge
• Accurate Forecasting
• Manage Accounts Receivable
• Ensuring quick turn around on cancellation
• Ensure customer billing requirements are in place with the billing team

• Ward rounds to monitor utilization

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• Strong Clinical knowledge
• Basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB)
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Service Orientated
