A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Diploma/Degree as General Nurse and Midwife.
Registration as a Professional Nurse and Clinical Nurse Practitioner with SANC
Three (3) to five (5) years’ relevant experience
Computer literacy in MS Office.
Key Performance Areas
Consult and provide preventative, curative and rehabilitative treatment / healthcare to clients on various clinical specialities (communicable and non-communicable, childhood illnesses, pre and post-natal care, occupational health, including adult curative care)
Provide a quality Primary Healthcare Service
General administration: accurate recordkeeping
Support and guide Enrolled Nurses / Auxiliary, Nursing Students and / or Voluntary Community Health Workers with the application of specific healthcare techniques and approaches
Participate in the delivery of awareness and educational programmes on clinical approaches to safe and healthy living to the community
Assist with the planning and implementation of policy, procedure, goals and objectives at facility level.
