Service existing and new customers within theatre and clinical environments
Provide comprehensive training on Stryker products to theatre and healthcare personnel
Collaborate with team members and Regional Sales Manager to maintain superior customer service levels
Manage and audit Stryker stock in theatres and hospitals, including implants, disposables, and instruments
Implement effective asset management practices and stock rotation strategies
Utilize clinical expertise to offer optimal solutions to customers
Conduct trials and evaluations of products in theatre and clinical settings as required
Implement training programs and support new business initiatives
Develop and execute plans to achieve industry-leading customer support
Deliver exceptional customer care to physicians, theatre staff, hospital administration, and sterilization departments
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and professionalism during workshops and customer interactions
Communicate essential product features and benefits effectively to customers
Identify customer needs and collaborate with sales colleagues to introduce new Stryker products or support
Maintain a basic business plan outlining daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, while also understanding the local healthcare environment and regional strategy
What You Need:
A degree in Physiology or a related field
Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the medical device industry
Proficiency in both oral and written English is indispensable; proficiency in other languages is considered advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Valid driving license is required for travel and client visits
