Requirements

Accountable for:

• Accountable for Cloud platform service delivery and operations.
• Accountable for implementation of customer Cloud-platform projects.
• Accountable for customer success with the Cloud solution.
• Accountable for delivering the customer solution as specified.
• Accountable for accurate reporting on Cloud performance and Cloud services SLA’s.

Key Decisions:

• Decides on best resolution process for Cloud platform support requirements.
• Decides on the best technical process for Cloud service deployment and maintenance.
• Decides on solutions to resolve customer operational issues.
• Decides on toolset required to provide world-class support services and insights into Cloud platform performance.

Formal Qualifications Required:

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert. - Essential
• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert. - Essentia
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate. - Essential
• Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate. - Desirable
• Degree in IT or Engineering related field and post-graduate.
• AWS Specialty Certification or Other Microsoft Azure Certification. - Desirable
• Industry certification e.g. Cisco (CCNP, CCDP, and above), CECP(MEF) or similar. - Preferred

Job Related Experience Required:

• 3+ years required experience. Essential
• Experience supporting Cloud-based infrastructure across multiple public and hybrid Cloud instances.
• Demonstrable experience in architecting large-scale cloud migration projects.
• Demonstrate the ability to solve complex, multi-system problems.
• Extensive experience in architecting enterprise public Cloud solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of various IT architecture domains.

Job Related Knowledge Required:

• An in depth understanding of Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud solutions and experienced in integrating public cloud into traditional hosting/delivery models. - Essential
• Experience in conducting Cloud Assessments observing business and technical perspectives. - Essential
• Experience in evaluating existing data centre and digital strategies. - Essential
• Experience in setup and deployment of Cloud services, including security architecture as part of a wider Cloud Adoption Framework. - Desirable
• Knowledge of converged solutions design and development e.g. fixed mobile convergence, triple or quad play services and unified communications, cloud services, etc. - Desirable
• Cross domain technology architecture knowledge coupled with implementation experience. - Essential
