Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Own transport with a valid code 8 manual driver’s license with a willingness to travel extensively.
• At least 2-5 years’ experience in a Retail Management environment with a proven track record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and staff coaching abilities.
• In depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• A proactive and adaptable team player with a "can-do" attitude.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple deadlines.
• Be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work Retail hours (weekends and public holidays).
