• We are seeking a CNC Milling Machine Programmer & Setter to join our engineering team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components in line with engineering specifications and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.
• Manufacture components accurately following engineering drawings and specifications.
• Select appropriate tooling and machining parameters.
• Perform quality checks to ensure components meet required standards.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in programming and setting CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
