Co-Ord Engineering Technical Admin at Toyota

Main purpose of the job:

• To coordinator TMC EDC Global system introduction.
• To support TSAM engineers and Suppliers on TMC Global systems.
• To be a window for all EDC system queries- TSAM/TMC & Affiliates.
• To support Engineers, Plant and Suppliers with technical information management and engineering data transfer/distribution.

 KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Safety, Health, and Environment
• Quality.
• Project delivery - Tracking and visualization of project status.
• Cost reduction - Support with clear status of FTR, SSA and VA

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant NQF4 (minimum 120 credits)
• Driver’s license (Code EB)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power-Point)
• SAP (advantageous).
• IT/Computer literate – SMS-BR/Enquiry, GR BBS and other systems.
• Good understanding of Engineering and Purchasing processes.
• Project tracking and visualisation will be advantageous.
• Local and International communication skills for management of ECIs/ECRs and  Proto parts.
