Co-Ordinator (Community Halls) at eThekwini Municipality

Key Responsibility Areas

• Coordinates the operation, development, and maintenance of designated community halls,recreation and leisure facilities.
• Administers, supervises and trains allocated staff.
• Performs line function administration and financial controls.
• Ensures the health and safety of staff and the general public.
• Communicates, liaises and interacts with communities, internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates the cleaning, grass cutting, hygiene services and security services for the community hall.
• Cleaning and Housekeeping
• Develop a database of halls that is inclusive of historical maintenance records.
• Coordinates access controls, telephones and alarm system in various community halls

Essential Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and an Administrative Certificate.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 3 years relevant experienc

Preferred Requirements

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Administration field or equivalent.
• 4 Years relevant experience.
