    Collections Agent (JB3775)

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12
    • Contact/call center experience
    • Excellent communication, listening and reading skills
    • Pc literate, MS office

    Responsibilities:

    • Telephonic collections
    • Handling and distributing account inquiries
    • Contacting customers to collect payment on overdue accounts
    • Payment plans/payment options
    • Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times
    • Achieve set targets and call quality objectives
