    Commercial Account Manager

    Job Specifications:

    As an ASUS Commercial Account Manager, your main task is to develop the ASUS commercial business, covering Open Platform products. (Focused Product Lines would be Monitors, MiniPCs, Workstation, Server, Wireless/Networking, and Components)

    Desired Requirements to fulfill role:

    • Defines and develops effective go to markets and customer segmentations - Cross updating in regards of features missing/not applicable to capture market share, direct client feedback about opportunities lost, communicate any other blockers observed on the market;
    • Working closely with the product management team to align key priorities, initiatives and/or markets, providing input on new areas of growth for ASUS offering while aligning marketing strategy.;
    • Work closely with the product management team to analyze respective product pipeline, drive clear tactics to enhance, overcome any gaps to achieve targets;
    • Build up strong relationship with the vertical end-users and partners;
    • Works with the product management team to ensure accurate forecasting, lead-time estimating, and pricing;
    • Monitoring and regular reporting about pipeline creation, velocity and conversion and helps in removing roadblocks by partnering with the different department internally and externally;
    • Gather and monitor competitor/market information;
    • Visiting key partners at inter-state and attending roadshow/ tradeshow when required;
    • Think strategically, develop action plans and deliver tangible business development results;
    • Proactive, able to perform in high pressure and team work;
    • Energetic, passionate about business development.

    What do we ask from you?

    • Minimum 10 years of commercial business experience (SMB, corporate, government, and education); experience in embedded business and CSP/Datacenter is a plus;
    • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment daily decision making;
    • Demonstrated strong drive for results;
    • Team player and effective in dealing with ambiguity;
    • Strong business acumen and customer focus;
    • Comfortable working with numbers, and evaluating/analyzing large sets of data in excel;
    • Ability to work under high pressure, and to prioritize work deadlines (over other commitments);
    • Attention to detail and high quality work at all times;
    • Interested in PC technologies and the market trends.

    Competencies:

    • Clear ability to multi-task, time management, learn and leverage a variety of applications.
    • Highly skilled verbal and written fluency in English
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) skills (exam will be executed before the face to face interview)
