Commercial Associate at Danté Personnel Recruitment

Minimum requirements:

• LLB and Admitted Attorney
• Our client is looking for a commercial associate with 2 to 3 years solid commercial experience
• This includes M&A, Shareholders’ Agreements, MOI’s, Restructures, Resolutions, and other commercial agreements etc.
• Must have the ability to “hit the ground running” as it’s a maternity cover role
• Initially contract role (maternity leave cover), commencing 1 August.
• One month trial period and thereafter fixed term contract from 1 September until 30 April
