• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field; MBA is an
  advantage.

Experience

• Proven experience of growing & managing sales teams ideally in a B2B creative or
  professional services organisation.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Excellent track record of sales target achievement.
• Experience leading sales teams.

Hard Skills

• Knowledge in managing relationships with key clients & Proven negotiation skills
• Solid knowledge in Networking.
• Strong reporting skills (performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes)
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset (B2B, national organization)
