Job Description
Job Purpose:
-Assist with the implementation of the CRM strategy and maintenance of all data related to Field Force Effectiveness.
-Assist with the implementation and Maintenance of CRM Training Strategy ensuring that Field Force has required tools for optimal performance.
-Assist with the Design, development, and implementation and support various field force effectiveness initiatives.
-Assist with the design, implementation, execution and analytics of various field force deployment functions including Field Force Optimization, Segmentation & Targeting, Call Planning and Field Analytics.
Major Accountabilities & KPI's:
-Assist with the design, implementation, execution and analytics of various field force deployment functions including Field Force Optimization, Segmentation & Targeting, Call Planning and Field
Analytics.
-Assist with the Management of Customer Relationship Management system(s) including data maintenance, field force support and training.
-Assist with the development of effective solutions which meet the needs/resources of the business unit and drive efficiencies through improvements and enhancements in processes and redundancy elimination.
-Supporting of Digital Marketing Initiatives, Rep Triggered Email (RTE) testing and reporting, Digital Partner Identification, Digital Vendor Contracts Management, Engagement with Channels, Tracking the use of launch Pads, Event App development.
-End-to-End CRM (Agora/ONCORE/DICE, Launch Pads & RTEs) Systems Management, Database Management, Cycle Planning, Rep Operational Planning (ROP) and Upskilling of all CRM users.
-Supports Sales Excellence and SFE operationally by: Administration of CRM (ONCORE/DICE/RTEs/Launch Pads) Systems, CRM & Incentive Scheme data extractions; extraction of reports; data input across all systems; administration and tracking of data changes across all SFE and Sales Analytics systems.
-Engage cross functionally through Brand Team Meetings.
-Cross functional alignment with each Workstream within CE.
