Commercial Growth Specialist at The South African Breweries (SAB)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute monetization strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, markets, and products to support growth objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyse performance metrics and data to measure the impact of growth initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and vendors in the FinTech space.
• Manage FinTech-related projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivering measurable value.

Minimum Requirements:

• Business Degree with 3 years of working experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with FinTech, E-Commerce, revenue generation models and growth frameworks.
• Knowledge of FinTech ecosystems, trends, and technologies.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyse complex data and present actionable insights.
