    Commercial Sales Executive

    About the Role

    • The Commercial Sales Executive is a pivotal position focused on driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
    • You will engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our business offerings. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong negotiation skills to succeed in a competitive market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management.
    • Identify potential clients and conduct research to understand their business requirements and challenges.
    • Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to stakeholders in various sectors.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns that drive leads and support sales goals.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales decisions.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in commercial sales or a similar role, with demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, along with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in a specific industry relevant to our offerings (e.g., technology, finance, or manufacturing) is advantageous.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Certification in sales training or related programs would be a plus.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools to complement sales efforts.
