The A24 Group is a privately-owned medical staffing agency. We have traded successfully since 1996 and now operate on two continents, supplying locum doctors, agency nurses, AHPs and HCA care assistants to healthcare service organisations, who include hospitals and primary care providers, prisons and care homes, insurance and other companies.
Purpose:
The purpose of the Compliance Manager is to oversee the A24 Group’s South African agencies policies and procedures and ensure that it complies with regulatory and ethical standards.
The Compliance Manager must make sure that the Company is conducting its business in full compliance with all laws and regulations, professional standards, accepted business practices and internal standards. This includes regular audits and checks to ensure that we comply with all Client and statutory requirements.
The role is crucial in assisting the Organization to manage and mitigate risk, maintain a positive reputation and avoid claims and other matters that could be deemed detrimental to the company in order to operate.
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for reviewing and drafting responses to official customer enquiries and complaints to ensure that they are in line with our Company Business Objectives.
The Compliance Manager must ensure that all Company business dealings are ethically sound and legally pristine by educating the entire Company and instituting practices that will ensure the highest level of compliance.
