Overall construction coordination of tower sites. This includes tracking of the construction progress of the job sites and maintenance of the systems to keep information up to date and readily available to the Management team in each respective country.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

• Structures manufacturing planning. 
• Request approvals for structures manufacturing. 
• POs preparation for structures manufacturing. 
• Planning for boards and beacon manufacturing. 
• Vendor recommendation for boards and beacon manufacturing. 
• Request approvals for boards and beacon manufacturing. 
• POs preparation for boards and beacons manufacturing. 
• Engineering verification, including:
  • Soil or structural study review
  • High Level Design review
  • Topographic plan survey 
• PO preparation for resistivity design 
• Check resistivity design. 
• Request the closure of the resistivity PO 
• Receive confirmation of closure of resistivity PO 
• Check resistivity billing 
• Receive and review invoices 
• Enter the invoice to the system 
• Send resistivity studies and HLD in DWG 
• Review quotes 
• Request PO generation 
• Request delivery of materials 
• Site hard cost planning 
• Preparation of status report 
• Detailed review of settlements with each supplier 
• Review audit reports 
• Coordination with suppliers for job execution 
• Coordination with suppliers for the closing of pending 
• Ability to review construction plans with architectural and engineering firms, construction contractors, and others. 
• Understanding of typical regulatory requirements related to tower construction, ability to learn local nuances, and to apply these requirements to this project. 
• Availability to travel extensively throughout the country and willingness to spend extensive time in the field, managing the process. 
• Support the Project Manager with the documentation required for processing before institutions responsible for issuing guarantees and/or permits. 
• Coordination preparation of soil studies, structural design, and engineering site 
• Report to immediate superior, any anomaly or situation that means delays or cost overruns of the project. 
• Adequacy of engineering CAD, if required. 
• Follow-up power payments for sites that apply. 
• Public space small cell project technical support 

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

• Other Higher Education in Civil Engineering or Construction; Candidate for Engineer; and 3-5 years experience managing a multi-site, multi-month construction project. Must possess basic knowledge of tower construction techniques, have the ability to review tower plans, and understand compliance issues to fit the regulatory environment. 
• Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Google Earth.
• Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with CAD programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency in use of smartphones, GPS devices and digital cameras.
