FEM is looking to appoint an experienced sales and business development professional who is target driven and enjoys a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining new business and servicing existing policyholders in respect of the underwriting operations of the business.
The position requires a candidate that can influence people, think strategically, have excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and has experience in developing and maintaining professional stakeholder engagements and relationships. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and/new acquisition targets and the ability to speak more than one language as well as good report writing skills are essential in this position.
Extensive travel within the Western and Eastern Cape and surrounding areas for a week at a time will be necessary. A valid driver’s license and good computer skills is a core requirement and in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to FEM will be a distinct advantage.
The minimum requirements of the position are Matric with a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience.
