JOB DESCRIPTION

To sell products in the outbound contact centre in accordance with the business needs.
To facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer management and to consistently portray a professional image.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Matric
- Regulatory Examaination
- Fais accredited
- NQF 5 FAIS Accredited Qualification
Experience
- 1 year sales experience / contact centre experience
- 1 - 2 years Long Term Insurance Experience
- Insurance sales experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Behavioural Competencies
- Good verbal & written communication
- Pays attention to detail
- Diplomatic, able to handle pressure/conflict
- Results-orientated ( target driven across all KRAs)
- Good numerical ability
Technical Competencies
- Computer literacy
- Sales skills
- Risk management ability
