Consultant Sr Lead - Trading and Asset Services - Back Office Practice at Zensar Technologies

ROLE OVERVIEW

• We are seeking a 6-10 years experienced Consulting professional to join our Trading and Asset Services Back Office practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery
• Conduct requirements workshops and solution design sessions
• Configure and implement software to meet client needs
• Deliver training and post-go-live support

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (REQUIRED)

• Data / Reconciliation platforms domain knowledge, IntelliMatch / DIM experience, Multi‑environment setups (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR)

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong technical experience with reconciliation platforms, preferably IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager (DIM)
• Proven hands‑on experience with IntelliMatch installation, upgrades, and environment setup
• Solid expertise in Windows Server environments and SQL Server (installation, configuration, upgrades)
• Experience managing multi‑environment setups (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR)
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance support
• Knowledge of high‑availability, DR setups, and failover concepts
• Experience conducting technical health checks and performance tuning

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Exposure to cloud or hybrid deployments (Azure / hosted environments)
• Experience with reporting, archival, or document management components
• Basic understanding of ETL processes and data flows
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and DBAs
